This weekend I participated in the East Central Ontario Annual General Meeting in Bowmanville. It was wonderful. Not only did I have fun and renew friendships, my energy was renewed, my faith deepened by the worship and the sharing, but I sold forty of my books. The planning committee gave me the opportunity to share about my writing ministry and specifically that I have just launched a new worship resource. At that time I asked the gathered regional community of faith if they already owned at least one of my books to please raise their hand. Almost everyone present raised their hand high. It’s wonderful to be so supported by my wider United Church. I am truly blessed.
