Dipping Your Toes, Too

Good morning to everyone,
It’s been a long time, nearly three weeks, since I last posted a blog, but not because I’ve been sick. Instead, I’ve been working – and full time, although not formally. I’ve been working on my new worship resource, titled “Dipping Your Toes, Too.” It’s fun for sure, but the days have been long. The first draft was finished a little over a month ago. My friend, Diane, a former elementary school teacher and committed lay leader in her church, and I have been doing the first round of editing. That is now complete. Next week we start on the second round. This time comes the attention to detail and formatting. I haven’t thought about the book cover yet. That will come when I talk with graphic artist and book designer, Sue Reynolds. If all goes as planned, “Dipping Your Toes, Too” will be released in the spring.
Last week, I tried out one of the services on the Women’s Coffee Hour at Bridgenorth United Church. In her thank you note, Sandi Deslauriers, our regular leader had this to say, “Thank you so much for yesterday. Your topic was spot-on, what we needed. The discussion was great! Can’t wait for your new book!!!!!
Like, Sandi, many of you have been waiting for this new edition. After Christmas, keep your eye on my blog, Facebook page, and Linked In. When I have a cover, I will begin taking orders for “Dipping Your Toes, Too.” Blessings, Janet
